The answer is yes, if you have made earnings from that account and your KYC has been completed, you will be required to pay taxes on those gains. If your wallet or account is hacked, the government will not see it, and they have no interest in what is in it. They are only concerned with the revenues produced from them or what activities are carried out via your account. You can still complain about it to the cyber police and see what can be done.
